Recently, we received a notice from Earthlink, an operator in Baghdad, Iraq, that in the next one month, the Iraqi government will forcibly shut down all international network services from&nbsp;11:00-13:00 (UTC+8).
 
The reason is a mandatory regulation issued by the Iraqi government to prevent the leakage of student test answers.
 
During this period, all international networks at the Baghdad data center in Iraq will experience an outage. Affected dates:
