Recently, we received a notice from Earthlink, an operator in Baghdad, Iraq, that in the next one month, the Iraqi government will forcibly shut down all international network services from&nbsp;11:00-13:00 (UTC+8).
 
The reason is a mandatory regulation issued by the Iraqi government to prevent the leakage of student test answers.
 
During this period, all international networks at the Baghdad data center in Iraq will experience an outage. Affected dates:

Dear user, We have been notified by the operator, That in order to optimize the network structure and provide better network services, The link of the Kuala Lumpur&nbsp;node will undergo network cutover.&nbsp; Kuala Lumpur network cutover time:&nbsp; HKT: 2025.6.27. 10:00-15:00 (UTC+8)&nbsp; Actual end time may be earlier or later. This cutover will cause increased network latency, packet loss, interruption, or restart of some VPS networks in Kuala Lumpur. The expected interruption time is about 1 hours. During this period, you may not be able to access the Kuala Lumpur network or operate the VPS of the Kuala Lumpur node through the console.
