The Iraq government regularly enforces network interruption notices (May 20th to June 4th, 2025)

Dear Users,
 
Recently, we received a notice from Earthlink, an operator in Baghdad, Iraq, that in the next one month, the Iraqi government will forcibly shut down all international network services from&nbsp;11:00-13:00 (UTC+8).
 
The reason is a mandatory regulation issued by the Iraqi government to prevent the leakage of student test answers.
 
During this period, all international networks at the Baghdad data center in Iraq will experience an outage. Affected dates: May 20, 2025 May 22, 2025 May 24, 2025 May 26, 2025 May 28, 2025 May 31, 2025 June 2, 2025 June 4, 2025
